Of course! Reformer Works is an inclusive environment and we believe there is so much benefit to the style of training for all; no matter your age, gender or level of ability, rest assured you will be very much be totally looked after throughout your experience here at Reformer Works.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
There are a few things that will make your time more enjoyable in the space, firstly we recommend wearing grip socks (we have these available for purchase on site and come in the Welcome Pack with our ‘The Works’ membership). Also, your own drink bottle and sweat towel would ensure you are set up for class.
How do I book or cancel a class?
You will need to download the Reformer Works App to book into a class, so it is best to set up an account prior to arriving at the studio. This is where you’ll book, cancel or review your classes.

What amenities does the studio have?
Our warm and inviting studio features a 14 bed Reformer room, 2 private changing rooms, 3 toilets and a reception area suitable for waiting between classes. We highly recommend arriving at least 5-10 mins before any class to check in to the class and put your belongings away.
What class is right for me?
We recommend starting with beginner or mobility classes especially if you are carrying an injury, if you have done a few classes and consider yourself a confident Pilates attendee, then by all means jump into our intermediate/ strength/ jump board classes as you see fit.
What do I wear?
There’s no specific requirement in studio but you definitely want to wear something you’re happy to sweat and stretch in! Grip socks are an essential for getting the most out of class and you won’t need shoes for any of your sessions.
What if I’ve got injuries?
Our team are more than capable of adapting any of the exercises we do in class to suit your injuries, so you won’t be left twiddling thumbs whilst the room is moving. It’s very important to let the team know of any injuries/niggles you may be carrying before class to give them the best opportunity to look after you whilst going through the exercise sequence.
